The Alexandria Police Department is currently accepting applications for the positions of Lateral Police Officer, School Resource Officer and Contract Police Officer. School Resource Officer

-Must be a certified police officer retired through CERS

-$45,000-$65,000 annually based on 1560 hours

-10 paid personal leave days a year

-Work in accordance with Campbell County Schools calendar

-All uniforms and equipment provided

-Take home cruiser

 

Contract Officer

-Must be a certified police officer retired through CERS

-$65,000 starting salary

-KLEFP

-10 hours shifts

-12 paid holidays

-Paid sick, vacation, and personal days

-Compensation time bank of up to 120 hours

-Fitness standard incentive

-Two-hour minimum court overtime

-Career development bonus

-Uniforms and equipment provided

-Take home vehicle
